Jul 24, 2018 - Bel has a ton of experience in flight simulation, as he started flying in 1986. Believe it or not, the one that I enjoy the most is actually Aerofly FS2. In something like X-Plane, I average anywhere from about 22 1/2. Drew Bolton: For VR in particular, do the tutorial, make sure you set everything up right.

Depending on the kind of work you do on the command line in Linux, you may want a utility that can act as a Swiss army knife of quick text editing. Gladly, there exists a tool dubbed tr, which qualifies for this role. In this tutorial, we will discuss the basics of tr using some easy to understand examples.
But before we do that, it's worth mentioning that all examples in this article have been tested on an Ubuntu 18.04 LTS machine.
Linux tr command
Here's how the tool's man page explains it:
And following is its syntax:
here's what SET means:
Following are some Q&A styled examples that should give you a better idea on how the tr command works.
Q1. How to convert lower case to upper case using tr?
Suppose you want to convert the sentence 'linux tutorial on howtoforge' to uppercase, then here's how you can do this using tr.
The above command produced the following output on my system:
Q2. How to strip extra spaces using tr?
Suppose you have a line like: 'HowtoForge is an extremely good resource for Linux tutorials'. And the requirement is to strip extra spaces from this line.
Here's how you can use tr to do this:
Here's the output:
Q3. How to delete text using tr?
Suppose you want to delete the hyphens from the following line: 'HowtoForge -- is -- an -- extremely -- good -- resource -- for -- Linux -- tutorials.' Then here's how you can do this using tr.
Following is the output it produces:
Q4. How to replace characters using tr?
In the previous section, suppose the requirement was to replace hyphens with, let's say, dots. Then here's how you can do that using tr.
Following is the output it produced:
Conclusion
So you can see the tr command is an extremely helpful tool when it comes to editing text. We have discussed some main options here, but the utility offers many other command line options as well. First try these, and once you've got a good idea about what we've discussed here, then you can learn more about tr by heading to its man page.

NOTE: This game requires an iPhone 4s / iPad 2 / iPad Mini 1/ iPod 5 or better. Build airplanes by snapping parts together, designing wing sections, and attaching engines. At any time, you can strap yourself into the cockpit and see how it flies with realistic physics. If you're not in the mood for building, over 250,000 airplanes are available to download for free. BUILD AIRPLANES You have the tools you'll need to bring any airplane to life. Snap parts together to build your airplane's body. Place engines to add thrust. Design and attach wings and then strap yourself into the cockpit and see how it flies. DOWNLOAD AIRPLANES Over 250,000 airplanes are available to download for free from SimplePlanes.com. Find anything from old WW2 bombers to next-generation fighters to sci-fi spacecraft. You can upload your own airplanes and rise through the ranks from a bronze builder to a gold level builder. DYNAMIC FLIGHT MODEL Flight simulation at its finest. Every little change you make in the designer impacts how the airplane flies. Weight distribution, thrust, lift, and drag are all calculated continuously while flying. Parts can break off in spectacular fashion while flying due to over-stress or by hitting something. The fun won't stop there though. You can keep on flying even with a missing wing if you've got the skills. SANDBOX MODE Use all available parts to build airplanes with no restrictions. The sky is the limit. Literally. CHALLENGES Climb into the cockpit of one of your custom aircraft and see how it does in the challenges. Land on aircraft carriers, dodge surface-to-air missiles, race through courses, and so much more. EDUCATIONAL Tutorials will help players learn the basics of real airplane design and the considerations that need to be taken when airplanes are made.

Very enjoyable!
A nice game to fiddle around with until eternity! Tip for the developers, I see that keyboards are supported but my Ipad pro keyboard didn’t work! I hope it could be compatible in the future!
Ideas for adding some stuff in the game
I really like simpleplanes. Its probably one of my favorite games, but it would be really cool to see and hear your plane go through the sound barrier. Another thing that i would really like to see is flaps for wings. Furthermore. I hear of thuis mod for custumizing things like gear, engines and all other stuff. It’s called the overload mod and i can’t get it on my phone i would like to have that, or it would be good that it would kust appear on the planeworkshop menu or something.
Leuk spel
Het is een leuk spel met goede graphics en het is niet eens zo duur. Kort samengevat: geweldig
